The Sikorsky S-61 R, nicknamed the "Jolly Green" was a U.S. Air Force and Marine search and rescue helicopter used often in the Vietnam War. This one is on display outside the gate to Francis Gabreski Air Base, home of the 106th Rescue Wing, in Westhampton Beach, N.Y.
